December 2019 – Tristate Expands Footprint Across East Texas

On December 16, 2019, Tristate NLA, LLC closed on the final phase of its acquisition from Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC. This final phase spans 84 miles across Harrison County from the Waskom area near the Texas/Louisiana border through Harrison County into Gregg County near Longview, Texas. This gathering system initially delivers into Gulf South with potential future deliveries into various existing and anticipated lean gas outlets within the prolific Haynesville development region. Tristate NLA, LLC spun off certain segments of the system to Tristate RTX, LLC, which currently provides intrastate transmission service to certain end users in Texas. With this acquisition, Tristate and Gulf South have completed the entirety of the originally anticipated transaction.

May 2019 – Tristate acquires gathering infrastructure in north Louisiana and east Texas

On May 1, 2019, Tristate NLA, LLC closed on the first phase of a multi-part acquisition from Gulf South Pipeline Company, L.P. The newly acquired pipeline spans 102 miles across Bossier, Webster and Caddo Parishes Louisiana, into Harrison and Panola counties Texas, and consists of mainly 16” diameter pipe. Tristate initially plans to place the Louisiana portion of the gas pipeline into rich gathering service to various downstream processing plants affording a much-needed outlet to producers in the area. Portions of the system, including the pipe in Harrison and Panola counties Texas, are intended to be placed into high pressure lean gas service to accommodate the resurgence of Haynesville drilling in the immediate area.

September 2017 – Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey’s devastation, a group of Tristate employees collected materials and donations and headed to Houston for two days of clean-up efforts. Joining with locals and the Texas Baptist Men’s Group Disaster Relief, the team assisted homeowners in removing debris, stripping drywall, and prepping the houses for repair.

January 2016 – Tristate returns to Louisiana with a gathering acquisition in Caddo, Parish

We are pleased to announce that Tristate NLA, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tristate Midstream III, LLC closed on the acquisition of approximately 16 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines in Caddo, Parish Louisiana. Tristate’s team looks forward to expanding both assets and relationships with producers in the heart of the Cotton Valley and Haynesville plays.

June 2013 – Tristate purchases gas gathering assets in Freestone and Navarro Counties

We are pleased to announce that Tristate ETX, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tristate Midstream II, LLC, closed on the purchase of gas gathering assets in East Texas on June 1, 2013. This gathering system, consisting of approximately 75 miles of 4” to 8” pipeline has a current volume throughput of approximately 3 MMcf/d and is located in the vicinity of Fairfield and Streetman, TX. The assets acquired also include a site that provides compression, dehydration and NGL extraction. Jacob Conklin, Tristate’s Manager of Business Development, commented, “These assets are an expansion into a new and active area. This acquisition continues our focus on the consolidation of assets in East Texas to optimize our service offerings to Tristate’s current and future customers.”

April 2013 – Tristate purchases two gas gathering systems in Rusk and Harrison counties

We are pleased to announce that Tristate ETX, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tristate Midstream II, LLC, has purchased two gas gathering assets in East Texas from separate producers effective April 1st, 2013. The first system consists of approximately 7 miles of 6” pipeline located in the vicinity of Tristate ETX’s existing Henderson System in Rusk County, Texas. The second system consists of approximately 11 miles of 4” pipeline and will be integrated into Tristate ETX’s existing South Hardwood System located in Harrison County, Texas. These systems expand Tristate’s existing gathering footprint and will further enhance redelivery options, including a planned interconnect with Centerpoint Energy Gas Transmission’s F-185 Pipeline. Tristate ETX’s current and future customers will discover added value through our increased capacity.

January 2013 – Tristate closes on purchase of Tanos Midstream’s Scottsville Gathering System

We are pleased to announce that Tristate ETX, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tristate Midstream II, LLC, has closed on the purchase of gas gathering assets in East Texas from Tanos Midstream, LLC. This gathering system, consisting of approximately 30 miles of pipeline and compression, has a current volume throughput of approximately 5 MMcf/d and is located in the vicinity of Scottsville, TX between the towns of Marshall and Waskom. Glen Harrod, Tristate’s CEO, commented “This adds significant growth to our East Texas assets and puts us in a position to provide our customers with more gathering and delivery options.”

January 2013 – Tristate Midstream announces Comerica Bank as its lender

Tristate Midstream entered into a revolving credit facility with Comerica Bank this week. With this additional capital, Tristate has enhanced its purchasing power and acquisition agility. “Comerica is a great complement to Tristate’s equity provider, Energy Spectrum. This capital rounds out our balance sheet and provides exciting opportunities for growth,” commented Tristate’s CFO, Barb Bomersbach.
